    • TUIASI is among the oldest and most renowned public higher education institutions in Romania, custodian of an important tradition in scientific research in engineering.     • UTM is a state higher education institution with legal personality, is part of the national higher education system of the Republic of Moldova. UTM assumes the general mission of advanced scientific research and education, generating and transferring knowledge to society through:

    a) scientific research, development, innovation and technological transfer, by individual and collective creation in the field of engineering sciences, as well as capitalization and dissemination of the results thereof;

    b) initial and continuous training, at the university level, aimed at personal development, professional insertion of the individual and satisfaction of social and economic competence skills needs.
